Annual award for less advantaged Idaho residents enrolled in an Idaho school full-time and planning to pursue a career in Broadcasting. Students must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident with a minimum 2.0 GPA the first two years of school and a 2.5 GPA the last two years. Applicants should exhibit superior potential in studies or activities related to broadcasting and be recognized and respected by his/her peers.
