Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students attending Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas full-time, majoring in ISQS (Information Management). Applicants must plan to teach half-time or perform other related responsibilities. All recipients will have the option of waiving student fees and paying tuition at in-state rates.
