Annual award for Licking County, Ohio residents who are pursuing an associate, baccalaureate or post-graduate level degree at an accredited community college, college, university, or technical school in Ohio. Applicant must rank in the top 15% of their class and plan to work while in college to help finance their education. Candidates must be involved in community service activities and have financial need. Number of awards and award amount varies. Renewable; must maintain 3.3 GPA.
