Annual award for African American, Mexican American, Native American, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian and mainland Puerto Rican students permanently residing in the US who are third-year students at an AAMC or AOA-accredited Medical School. Students must be pursuing studies leading to an M.D. or D.O., be U.S. citizens, and demonstrate academic achievement, leadership skills, and community service. Renewable.
