Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students attending Washington State University who are enrolled in the College of Liberal Arts. All students must have financial need and freshmen must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and all other applicants must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Deadlines and award amounts may vary.
