Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at a four-year postsecondary institution in Virginia. Students must have financial need. Preference given to students living in public or subsidized housing. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
