Scholarship for entering full-time freshmen at Georgia Institute of Technology. Preference is given to students from Lynchburg, Virginia, then the Commonwealth of Virginia, then from states other than Georgia. Applicants must qualify as President's Scholars with superb leadership, academic performance and promise, and be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
