Scholarship for undergraduate students attending George Mason University majoring in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Infrastructural Engineering. Applicants must be residents of Northern Virginia or have an interest in remaining in the area after graduation. Selection is based on academic merit and financial need. Students must file the FAFSA.
