Scholarship for residents of Kentucky's 1st State Senatorial District who are undergraduate students attending Murray State University. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Preference given to applicants majoring in Pre-Law and/or have financial need. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Nonrenewable; but recipients may reapply and compete annually.
