Annual award for graduate students enrolled at Oklahoma State University College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources majoring in Plant and Soil Sciences or Animal Science. Applicants must be international students interested in returning to their country or another agriculturally developing nation and have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Consideration given to financial need. Award amount may vary.
