Annual award for a student of Portuguese-American ancestry who is an undergraduate student enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university pursuing studies in the Health Sciences. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Number of awards varies. A copy of parent's income tax returns and a personal essay must be included with application packet. Renewable.
