Scholarship for residents of the 7th Congressional District in Indiana who are college sophomores, juniors, or seniors attending an Indiana educational institution. Applicants must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have volunteered during the political campaign of a Republican candidated, worked for the Republican Party, or worked for an affiliated organization. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
