Annual award for a returning undergraduate sophomore or above student attending South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota, majoring in Economics with a demonstrated interest in real estate appraisal or other careers in the real estate industry. Applicant must have a a minimum 2.7 GPA. Financial need will be considered if two equally qualified applicants are identified. Award amount varies.
