Annual award for an Ohio resident who is a college sophomore, junior or senior and former 4-H member that is attending The Ohio State University main campus (in Columbus, Ohio) during the time of application. Selection will be based on: 60% on leadership by demonstrated preparation as a leader through 4-H and demonstrated abilities as a leader within university; 20% on Academic Achievements; and 20% on community service.
