Annual award for student currently employed by a company represented by an official ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) member in good standing to attend Management, Marketing, or Leasing Institute classes developed by ICSC offered in the John T. Riordan School for Professional Development. Applicant should be actively employed in the shopping center industry for a minimum of one year, or recent graduate of college/university with coursework emphasis in real estate; or a graduate of REAP or Inroads programs within the past 18 months prior to year-end when the application is submitted. Selection is based on personal and/or professional accomplishments within the past three years. Number of awards and award amount varies.
