Annual competition for full-time undergraduate students attending a college or university accredited by the Association of Schools of Journalism and Mass Communication (ASJMC) who are pursuing a major in Journalism. Monthly contests are held in Writing, Photography, or Television and Radio News. Applicants must be actively involved in campus media and have published articles, photographs, or produced newscasts suitable for submission. Monthly finalists compete in the national championships. Due date and number of awards varies. Contact the college or university's Journalism Department for more information and/or entry forms.
