Scholarship for residents of Andrews, Brewster, Crane, Crockett, Culberson, Dawson, Ector, Gaines, Glasscock, Howard, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, Loving, Martin, Midland, Pecos, Presidio, Reagan, Reeves, Sterling, Upton, Ward and Winkler Counties, Texas. Preference is given to students who ere born and raised in one of these counties. Students must be graduate students attending an accredited Law School in the U.S. An essay must be included with application packet. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
