Annual award for student entering or returning to a Kansas junior or senior college and planning to pursue a degree in agriculture, e.g. Agriculture Economics, Agronomy, Animal Sciences or related field. Preference will be given to a student planning to be involved full-time in production agriculture upon graduation. Selection is based on academic achievement, personal livestock enterprises, 4-H FFA/KJLA Activities and Leadership, School activities and Leadership, work experience, honors or recognition and career plans.
