Annual award for Washington residents, who are current members of the Washington State Grange (or must become a member before the award is given) and are college juniors or above enrolled in institutions of higher learning to study the field of Agriculture. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Selection is based on student's financial need; scholastic ability; participation in extracurricular activities including Grange membership and Grange activities, 4-H, church, scouts, sports, etc.; character references; and completeness in filling out application forms.
