Scholarship for undergraduate students and graduate students who are student members of the Virginia Section of the Institute of Transportation. Students must be enrolled in a college or university in Virginia in an accredited undergraduate or master's degree program in Civil or Transportation Engineering. Selection is based on student's statement, educational plans, potential for development in the transportation field, leadership ability, and civic responsibility. Membership applications may be submitted with the scholarship application.
