Annual award for a North Carolina resident who is a student attending Durham Technical Community College in North Carolina, majoring in Early Childhood Education. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, and must have completed a minimum of 9 credit hours in the program. Candidate must be enrolled in 9 or more credit hours per semester, and have demonstrated financial need. Submit recommendation from Ilene Britt, Program Director with application packet.
