Scholarship for Saginaw County, Michigan residents who are enrolling/enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies part- to full-time. Applicants must have had at leasst one year of practical experience or training in instrumental music. Selection based on minimum 2.5 GPA, special skills, career goal, financial need, recommendations, scholastic record, involvement in community/school/work activities, leadership. Nontraditional students may be given preference. An interview might be requested. Award amount may vary. Nonrenewable.
