Scholarship for Fulton, Lucas, Wood, or Henry County, Ohio residents who are undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Toledo. Students must come from middle-income families, have good moral character, and be making satisfactory academic progress. A FAFSA must be submitted by April 1st. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
