Annual award for undergraduate senior or graduate student attending Colorado State University full-time, majoring in Occupational Therapy. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA, be a U.S. citizen and have demonstrated professional potential. Submit documentation showing type of creative or performing arts background (writing, dance, music, art, drama) and plans to use in OT career.
