Scholarship for undergraduate students attending Southeast Missouri State University, majoring in Communication. Applicants must have good moral character and be interested in a career where the power of speech and communication are vital factors. Consideration given for financial need, but candidate must have innate gift for public speaking and oratory with a desire to improve the development of those gifts. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
