Annual award for undergraduate sophomore attending South Dakota State University (SDSU) in Brookings, South Dakota, majoring in Aviation. Applicant must have received a private pilot's license through the SDSU Aviation Education program within the last year. Candidate must demonstrate outstanding academic and flight training performance. Student must have a minimum 3.25 GPA. Selection based on academic performance, promise in the Aviation industry and financial need. Submit letter of recommendation from the flight instructor and character references with application packet.
