Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students enrolled full-time at the University of Rochester. Students must be alumni of the National Hispanic Institute's summer program and have completed one of the following programs: Young Leaders Conference (YLC), the Lorenzo de Zavala Youth Legislative Session (LDZ), the Collegiate World Series (CWS), or the Mexico Language Program (MLP). An interview is required. Due date may vary. Renewable.
