Scholarship for minority residents of Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Washington, or Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania attending Pittsburgh Technical Institute pursuing an associate's degree. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, have successfully completed a minimum of one year Algebra (or Art if student is pursuing Graphic Design), demonstrate financial need and participate in volunteer and extracurricular activities.
