Annual award for undergraduate junior or senior student attending Colorado State University full-time, majoring in Fishery Biology in the Department of Fishery and Wildlife Biology. Applicant must demonstrate leadership potential by membership and activities in student organizations and community groups. Candidate must have financial need, be in good academic standing and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference given to students who have a past backgoound of association with childrens' fishing priojects.
