Scholarship for South Hampton Roads, Virginia residents who are graduate students enrolled full-time at a four-year postsecondary institution. Students must have financial need and be enrolled at Old Dominion University majoring in Humanities OR majoring in Art History at any university. Number of awards may vary. A personal statement and a copy of parent's income tax return must be included with application packet. Renewable.
