Scholarship for incoming freshmen enrolled full-time at the University of Toledo majoring in Engineering. Students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and be graduates of one of the six elementary schools under the Central City Ministries service umbrella (Queen of Apostles, Rosary Cathedral, St. Hyacinth, St. Martin de Porres, St. Elizabeth Seton, and St. Mary). Priority given to Hispanic students and/or dependents of Mandell Vasquez, Inc. employees. Consideration given to community service. A FAFSA must be submitted by April 1st. Number of awards and award amount may vary. Renewable.
