Scholarship for graduate students who are members of the International Reading Association and the South Carolina State Council of the International Reading Association. Students must enroll in a South Carolina college or university Education degree program. Applicants must have a minimum of two years classroom teaching experience and participate in local council activities. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply for a second year.
