Scholarship for Michigan residents who are undergraduate students enrolled or enrolling in a Nurse-Midwife Program at Case Western Reserve University. Students must agree to complete a brief data collection form within one year of receiving award. Number of awards and award amount may vary. An applicant information form, a statement of career goals and plans, financial assessment form, statement of financial need, program director form, and faculty recommendation form must be included with application form.
