Scholarship for graduate students enrolled full-time at West Virginia University College of Law. Students must demonstrate financial need. Priority given to Ohio, Brooke, or Marshall County, West Virginia residents; second priority give to residents of other counties in West Virginia; third priority to all other applicants. Award amount varies from $400 to full tuition. Number of awards may vary.
