Annual award for a female freshmen student who is a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls pursuing postsecondary studies in Music. Applicants must be under 20 years of age and demonstrate Rainbow activity, school and community activity and service, scholastic achievement and financial need. A personal essay must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable. Contact the Rainbow online or in writing (include self-addressed, stamped envelope) or student's Mother Advisor for more information and/or application.
