Annual award for Cuyahoga, Summit, Lake, Geauga, Ashtabula, Lorain, or Portage County, Ohio current or previous residents who are graduate students enrolled at Case Western Reserve University, School of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University, Northeast Ohio Universities College of Medicine, or Ohio University College of Medicine. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
