Scholarship for Ohio residents who are college juniors or equivalent students thats are members, in good standing, of the Ohio Council of Skin and Scuba Divers, Inc. (OCSSDI) for at least one calendar year prior to submitting application. Student must be enrolled in a college or technical school that will prepare them for a Marine-related career. Submit a statement of intent, a copy of latest grade card showing GPA, and a copy of student's diving certification card with application packet. Number of awards and award amount varies.
