Annual award for undergraduate students (freshmen ineligible) who are enrolled at a postsecondary institution majoring in Journalism. Students must have financial need, writing ability, academic achievement, dedication to the news business, and an interest in pursuing a career in electronic journalism. A resume, personal statement, and work samples must be included with application packet. Nonrenewable.
