Scholarship for Frederick County, Maryland residents who are graduate students enrolled full-time at McDaniel College or the University of Maryland at College Park. Students must be in their first year of graduate school. Selection is based on academic promise, community service, extracurricular activities, financial need, and character. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
