Scholarship for Monroe County, Michigan residents who are undergraduate students enrolled at Monroe County Community College. Students must have financial need, lived in Monroe County for a minimum of five years, and be enrolled a minimum of nine credit hours per semester. Priority given to students with a history of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). Number of awards and award amount may vary.
