Annual fellowships for African Americans, Asian Pacific Americans, Latinos, and Native Americancs who are graduate students entering (first-time) a doctoral program in Political Science. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and have financial need. Selection also based on GPA, career goals and GRE score. Renewable.
