Annual award for out-of-state undergraduate students attending Southeast Missouri State University who work or whose parents work in Missouri and pay Missouri income tax. All or a portion of the Missouri income tax paid may be used as a credit against the difference between in-state and out-of-state fees. Some awards by Southeast Missouri cannot be combined with the Missouri Income Tax Credit. Due date, number of awards and award amount varies.
