Scholarship for students residing within a fifty mile radius of downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania who are college juniors or seniors attending Carnegie Mellon University or Duquesne University. Applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and demonstrate ability in vocal performance, instrumental music or be exceptional in the field of music instruction.
