Scholarship for Oregon residents who are children or grandchildren of current or retired members of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) Oregon-Columbia Chapter who are pursuing postsecondary studies. Applicants must be U.S. citizens/eligible noncitizens, file the FAFSA, and be full-time students. Award is renewable if continuing requirements are met. Award amount and number of awards vary. Contact the local NECA Chapter or the Commission for more information and/or application.
