Scholarship for undergraduate and graduate students who are children of enlisted members (active duty, retired with pay or deceased) of the Navy, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. Students must be majoring in Special Education. Applicants must have a valid Dependents I.D. Card, show basis of need, be of reasonably sound scholastic standing, of good moral character and have applied for admission to an accredited school. An essay must be included with application packet. Award amount may vary.
