Internships for Native American graduate students at the Smithsonian Institute who are pursuing an independently designed research project. Stipends are $100 per day up to 21 days or $350 per week for a 3-10 week program, with a travel allowance and small research allowance included. Due dates are: Summer-February 1st; Fall-February 1st; and Spring-October 1st. Number of awards may vary. Nonrenewable.
