Annual award for undergraduate student attending Norfolk State University in Virginia, enrolled in the Navy ROTC program and majoring in a Technical area. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and one semester of college work completed. Recipient must commit to a 4-year service obligation. Due dates are January 15th and June 15th. Award amount is equal to full tuition, books, fees and a $250-$400 monthly stipend.
