Annual award for St. Joseph County, Indiana residents who are planning to pursue postsecondary education at the Indiana University South Bend to study the field of Criminal Justice. Preference will be given to law enforcement officers, or direct descendents of the same. Applicant must have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Selection is based on academic performance and merit.
