Scholarship for Ohio residents who are children of deceased or severely disabled Ohio veterans who served in the armed forces during a period of declared war or conflict and are undergraduate students enrolled full-time at an eligible postsecondary institution in Ohio. Students must be under the age of 25. Number of awards and award amount may vary.
