Annual award for Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) student members who are undergraduate students enrolled at a postsecondary institution in Texas majoring in Music leading to a Texas teacher certification in Music. Students must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Number of awards may vary. An essay must be included with the application packet. Nonrenewable; recipients may reapply.
